We received a letter from BJ's, advising us that our Ouaker Oats purchase was recalled. We submitted all required information and a photo of our verified purchase on the and to submit our information on the website: www.QuakerRecallUSA.com on 01/04/2024 and received an email confirmation of our submission. A month later, we called customer service at *******322, to follow-up on the status of our submission. The representative did not give any status and only indicated "someone" should be reviewing our submission and issue a refund. To date, nothing.

Well, it pains me to write this review.

I have not written a review for a while now... but now is the time.

For my entire lifetime, Quaker Oatmeal and Quaker cereals have been staples of my breakfast routine. For the last recent years I have not eaten anything but their delicious "Simply Granola" cereal. I love it.

Then the salmonella outbreak struck. Or, did it? No cases were actually reported from eating it. But the company issued a warning... then a recall on their entire granola line -- leaving us high and dry and not to mention -- starving.

How long does it take for Quaker to clean its vats and replenish fresh and unsullied ingredients?

And why do they not keep their customers updated?

I'm waiting...
