Purchased Roses for Valentine's Day and paid extra for Guaranteed Delivery by 2pm. Rose Farmers was more than happy to take my money for the Guaranteed Delivery. Delivery attempt was not made until after 8pm, no one was there, it was 19 degrees outside and roses sat at UPS in cold all night. Delivery was made the next day and roses are fully open, drooping, and near the end of their life expectancy. Customer Service's response was to refund me the Guaranteed Delivery fee, send me a "token" credit, and ignore my request to speak to a Supervisor. Very unprofessional and I will never purchase from them again. Horrible experience.

2 dozen Roses.
I ordered the peach roses twice as a gift for someone who loves peach roses. Both times they sent pink roses. When it happens once, you might give them the benefit of the doubt. When it happens twice, this is just how they do business. And they get away with it.
Their response was that I needed proof. It was a gift to a 90 year old woman so I don't have the proof they require. I saw the roses that were sent. They were pink. They were not the peach roses that were advertised. They were not the roses that I paid for.
If you don't care if you get what you pay for, this might be the place for you.
The reason you only see 4 star reviews on their website is not because everyone gives them 4 stars.
