Scruff A Luvs

I get this toy for my granddaughter is the most horrible toy I ever buy and pay so much for this pc of trash even dollar store have better toys than this! Want my money back. Look in the box how it look and in real is nothing to do with the picture in the box! I'm so upset

My sister and I were very excited whenever we got this for Christmas but as we washed it and set it out to dry after about 30 minutes of using a hairdryer it took 2 days for it to dry out and then we combed it and it left us with a not fluffy, really ugly, wrong looking, dog I think. Once we saw this we just left it because it looks NOTHING like it should. So word of advice DON'T BUY THIS!

We had the pleasure of dealing with this company after receiving one of their rescue pets, as a gift for my daughter. Upon opening the package we noticed that the things included with the pet were not what the box showed, nor what any of their videos had, they were very cheap replacements. The pet was a sad replica of the product shown, even it's eyes weren't right. The brush that was supposed to be included was replaced with a cheap felt cloth, and it did not have the bucket it should have, at all.

We had to deal with the company for over 2 weeks to get them to refund anything, they had us redo the process more than once, and were rude over the phone.

I understand that this was supposed to be something that wasn't nice, until rescued and cleaned up, but this is not what was pictured at all.

I love these so much. You guys who do not like Scruff A Luvs are honestly not understanding what the purpose of Scruff A Luvs is. The purpose is to let KIDS learn to handle animals properly. This is just my opinion. Did you let the KIDS handle the Scruff A Luvs? Did you let the kids write the reviews?
