I purchased the "booteez" using the on-site size chart. I wear a 7, and used their chart to select "6.5-7", which they aligns to size 36. When I received the boots, I received a size 37, which is way too big, as well as does not align to their own size chart. Contacted them and they have said this is incorrect, and include purchase doc screen shots with conflicting sizing that are actually shown on their site, when you order. It has taken days/week to have them even respond, and they will not acknowledge that their on site size chart does not match what they send. Horrible customer service. No change to return or exchange. Buyer beware, especially if you are unsure of your size!
