I purchased the "booteez" using the on-site size chart. I wear a 7, and used their chart to select "6.5-7", which they aligns to size 36.
When I received the boots, I received a size 37, which is way too big, as well as does not align to their own size chart. Contacted them and they have said this is incorrect, and include purchase doc screen shots with conflicting sizing that are actually shown on their site, when you order.
It has taken days/week to have them even respond, and they will not acknowledge that their on site size chart does not match what they send.
Horrible customer service. No change to return or exchange.
Buyer beware, especially if you are unsure of your size!

I signed up for Angie for quotes to have my house painted.
By the next day, I had hundreds of spam email messages, and have continued to receive upwards of 300+ per day.
There are far better sites that don't sell your information. BEWARE.

Ordered two pairs of shoes in beginning of November. Received "tracking" days later that did not work. Contacted customer service and assured they were on the way and given another tracking number that did not work.
Contacted multiple times asking when they would arrive and asking if the shoes were authentic. Customer service said to be patient but never confirmed if they were legit.
No shoes. Filing a charge dispute with Mastercard, my bank, and filing reports with the BBB

UPDATE:: 12/31/18 Received two pairs of cheap pink and yellow plastic shoes by the brand name "fashion" when I ordered Camper oxfords and loafers for almost $200. What a scam!

UPDATE! I received a replacement store credit for the full amount after TWO months of back and forth. Original credit was "lost" when the company was sold and all records lost.
My advice:
- *******@*******@nastygalhelp on twitter (rather than email) and constantly try to keep everything public, not in private messages. I also hash tagged #nastygalscam which got a much faster response:)
- Don't take no for an answer... I kept repeating that them loosing all their records was THEIR problem, not mine, and that no other retailer requires customers to screen shot their credits in case the company looses them (?)
- They tried telling me the credits expired... I demanded they show me where this policy was listed on their website, especially the one I originally ordered from
- They tried to give me partial credit -- again I said no and demanded they do what is ethical and professional
*** DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! ***
Only down point -- now I'm stuck with a credit for their garbage site.

The cheapest sweater I have ever seen! Horrible quality and the seams are barely sewn together. It is almost comical what a piece of junk this is!

Waited two days for confirmation email, a week for a fake tracking number, and over a month for the actual item. Sweater arrived with no tags, packaging, invoice, or company information.
Contact company via email (Chinese company with no phone number) 4 times asking for refund, no response back. Left negative review on another site and I received an email hours later asking me to review my bad rating in exchange for $10 off? Email was very hard to understand as it had obviously been (very poorly) translated. I replied back that I wanted to return item and got no response back.

Contesting my charge with paypal.
