Well let me start this review with Anker Soundcore with breaking down the details, I love the quality of the products and the build in general I own selective noise cancelling headphones due to the fact they help my life a little easier - My apartment management rudely moved a family above me here in Orlando that have no respect for anyone they have (4) kids all under the age of 8 which they let run, bounce, and jump throughout the day and some night times. This family has no respect for anyone but themselves. I have selective noise canceling headphones to help get though these times I believe I pay too much in rent to be dealing with issues and the management company won't seem to do anything about stating (the noise is not obsessive) yet they don't live below these individuals. I take care of a mother going to be 81 years old who is partially paralyzed due to a stroke and can hardly get her naps in and sleep in general due to the upstairs tenants with this being said I purchased a pair of Q30's and for some reason out the different pairs I have these were giving issues such as (echoing) (not holding the noise cancelling function correctly) and sometimes just powering off... I filed a warranty claim and after a couple times the ones that were sent now seem to be holding up and doing well. I know problems occur time to time in manufacturing, production, and sometimes just beyond the control of the company products become defective. Understanding we spend hard earned money on these products it's great to have someone even though email's you can talk to and know they are genuine and here to help with a smile. (you can just feel it). So -- I have to state a girl named Julie who works with the warranty department was amazing, she was very nice to correspond with and very professional in handling this issue as to be honest with these headphones it helps with my life in general with blocking out the unnecessary noise and rukus from upstairs. I wanted to reach out and offer a review of her service and dedication to Anker Soundcore customers. I know during these hard times due to Covid 19 issues and other downward spiral situations it's great to see that true customer service is not totally a thing of the past and I have witnessed this in the performance Julie has demonstrated. I think she is an awesome aseett to your company and brand. I will be in the future still purchasing Anker Soundcore products and feel free if you want to donate any I would gladly accept them as they have helped my life easier with the problems I deal with due to daily issues I deal with working all the time and not wanting to come home because of getting no peace. I would also be happy to review future products of Aker Soundcore if that is an option. But I want to thank Julie personally for the exquisite customer service experience and wish everyone at Aker Soundcore a safe 2022.

“Don't order directly from Soundcore!”

I honestly like Soundcore but I will not by buying their products any more out of principle and will def use Amazon going forward to buy things as they have great customer service, although I don't like them as a company but reliability is a big deal. I ordered a Motion Blur Blue tooth Boom box $150. As I was checking out the system asked if I wanted use the same billing as mailing. I clicked yes and thought I was good. My fault for not checking the billing address right away but no where on my check out did it show the address their system had pulled from google. Now my item has been shipped to the wrong address and they are unwilling to provide a refund. I even contacted them while it was still in their warehouse and they refused to adjust the address. Use amazon please if you are going to get their products but going forward I will no longer be getting anything from them, an error on their end should be remedied by them, this is god awful customer service. Here is one email: Dear Sean Smith, Thanks for your reply. The warehouse ship the items according to the shipping address from the order details. Besides, due to our policy, if the package is not received due to the wrong address being provided, we are not able to provide a refund or arrange a re-delivery. Below is the latest tracking information for your reference: 1. Soundcore BeatLight B32 LED Light Strip USPS Tracking Number: **************003995832. Expected Delivery on THURSDAY 10 November 2022 by 9:00 pm. 2. Motion Boom Plus - Black UPS Tracking Number: 1ZE356F*******873. Estimated delivery Today, November 10 by 7:00 P.M. Sorry for all the inconvenience. Have a great day. Second email I received: Dear Sean Smith, So sorry to learn about the address needing to be changed! Unfortunately, the order is already in the works and it's not possible to change the address or cancel at this time. I wonder if it's possible for you or someone to get it from the address it's being shipped to, or if the package could be forwarded to where you are? Please let us know how it works out for you.
