I had money in MY wallet in Spectrocoin since 2018. I even invested in their coin when they were new and sold coin to raise their equity.

I logged in my account now and then. This year, I logged in and saw that they removed everything I had from my wallet and with a text "inactivity fee".

They never emailed me, or texted me about that they are going to steal my money, before sucking everything out of my account. They have even a notification bar when you login to your account. I checked that too just to make sure I didn't oversee a notification. Nope, nothing there about inactivity or changing their terms o even a warning before they stole my money.

I wrote to them and they replied that... Let me just copy paste:

"Please be noted, that the inactivity fee has been added to our Terms and Conditions in 2020-12-23. All users have been informed about this update in the NEWS section"

"Please be kindly noted, that SpectroCoin reserves the right to choose the preferred notification method at its sole discretion. You undertake to check your account and email regularly. We choose to inform our users about changes in "News" section. Fees are non-refundable."

Yes, I undertake to check my email regularly which I do. But I don't read every sites news section to find out when they change their terms. You are not a professional company and I regret that I paid my hard earned money to invest and help you raise your equity.
It's only thieves who hide their theft intentions inside a complex website after users are registered, so that no one finds out that they are going to steal users money.

My advice to all users are that learn from what a company do to their users. They change their terms suddenly and solely write about it in their website, sometimes in first page, sometimes deep down in a blog post and then boom, they suck and steal your money out of your own wallet which you had with them.

They are stealing customers money without valid reason and its their policy and way of work! Run away from this fraudsters.Dirty business with the owners also.

The bankera ICO and subsequent handling of their tokens is a huge scam via the spectrocoin platform. I had 60k+ BNK tokens and all that was silently taken under the course of 4 months, visible only in the transaction history as INACTIVITY FEE.
Stay away.

They defrauded me of thousands of dollars. My account was banned for no apparent reason. They'll collect your money and then throw you out. They want 900,00 euros for some Bankera project before they will give me my cash!

They took my coins after not sign in more then 1 year
I invest in them in the ico and they took all my coin in the reasoning of fee for inactive account without even sending warning,they represent themself as a bank,what a joke

Don't use them! They take your crypto if you don't log in I had 161,000 of there tokens bought on ico now I've got about 40,000 left because I hadn't logged in for over a year so they took my crypto. I will never use again. I advise you to not to use them l wasn't able to get my money back until l came across finassetrack.tech they recovered my money for me in days.

It's a good bitcoin wallet & exchange site, but their currency conversion and exchange fees are quite high. Also, a lot of stuck crypto transactions happening. But I wouldn't call them a scam, they're not trying to scam people but just have some issues with the infrastructure of their platform

Hello I am join spectrocoin and loaded 300$ with fee 322$ but after deposited money was show my account balance
Then i exchange it to by eur balance so when i convert it then my balance is vanish form my account balance

I got final conclusion cause they wont back my money cause they are doing big scam with people. I am waiting 6 days + i dont know how many year i have to fight with them. So if i dont get my money back ill be write in every forum about spectrocoin scam. So lets people think to before join here cause i know lot of people dont getting bitcoin when they deposit by them website
So people $#*! this spectrocoin.com and dont join here. You ill be loose your Hard working money too so check my statement and i am making video for this and ill upload in youtube and i am going to make police case for this site.
