In May 4,2014 I decided to purchase this product after seeing it on the french version of Dragons Den. I was so excited about the product that I immediately found your website and ordered it with high expectations. I believed that it would be capable of capturing on video the image of a license plate. I own a private property 20 kms from my home and I need a surveillance system that will keep intruders away since there are people that use the property without approval. This property is in the country so a camera disguised in a rock seemed like the best way to capture trespassers. We are working alongside the police to stop the public from using our property for hunting and fishing. They agreed that a surveillance system would be great way to get footage of people trespassing on our property. If we could get a license plate number and the vandalism on video, they could pursue the matter.
Unfortunately, we have been testing this video camera system the past week and have not been able to capture any clear images of a license plate. The video quality is very poor and not useful to us at all. We have made every adjustment possible in settings with poor results. We are very disappointed. When purchasing this camera, we trusted that it would be accurate and useful. We never planned to return our product but it is of no use to us.
We would really appreciate if we could return this product with a full refund. Your company has been very helpful with the purchase and we appreciate your service. Unfortunately, we will not be able to keep the camera but I hope that a return will be as easy as the purchase.We return the camera and on june 16,2014 they received the camera but we never had any money back from those people. Stay away from that company

I placed an order on October 1st for a QuaCam IP/WiFi Smoke Detector ($339). On October 2nd he charged my credit card the full amount & emailed an invoice with a delivery date of October 9th. On October 10th I opened a ticket "where is my product?". He closed the ticket. On October 15th I opened another ticket "where is my product. Cancel my order". He closed the ticket. On October 23rd he shipped 'a product'. On October 29th the shipment arrived. He shipped me the cheaper ($99) product. What a scam this sight is! DON'T BUY FROM Spygadgetonline! Buyer Beware!

Bought a clock cam & a thermometer on April 9th 2013, received them in a bubble rap bag on April 18th without any instructions on neither of them! Did a request for it on their site on the 19th and received an English copy (I'm French) for the clock on the 22nd telling me that he is contacting is supplier to get the one for the Thermo. In the end on the 5th of May I did found the very same thermo sold in France, send an e-mail asking for the instruction and received it the next day, without even having purchased anything from them! That is service Gabriel! My last e-mail to them was April 27 with no response since then. The cameras were not timed properly, one was set on year 2023 and the other one was 2008. I did figure it out with help from YouTube but not from Mr Mongeau. Sorry, but this is what I call bad service!
Have just filed for a refund on a defective product with paypal bought a spycam and only the video works the audio does not work! Waiting for a respose from Gabriel Mongeau but to no avail so asking for refund from Paypal and will be filing with the b. B. b. In Quebec to get myrefund back.
I ordered a spycam from this company, and they sent a postal tracking number. When I inquired at the post office they said that the item wasn't sent, and this was the day after it should have been delivered. I made a complaint with Paypal, and they then sent the item. It worked for 2 hours, and quit! I've been trying to get a reply from them, but they don't answer the phone or emails. I'll apply to Paypal for my refund. This outfit has no customer service at all.
