We recently purchased the corvette bed for our toddler and were told the bed would take 7-10 business days to be delivered. We were also told the bed would come in two boxes. Day of delivery and only box came. The driver was clueless and did not know where the second piece was. We then had to track down the missing part, it took almost a week before we heard back. On top of that, we had to wait another 7-10 days before they could deliver the part that got lost! The box finally arrived, come to find out the missing piece had a crack in it. We had no choice but to keep the bed after waiting that long to finally be able to put it together. We promised our toddler when the bed was complete we could set it up, him being excited for his first very own car bed, we get this. Worst experience ever, we will not be ordering from this company again!

Wrote a negative review directly on their site and they sent email to me saying my review was rejected! Poor customer support. I ordered toy for niece to be shipped to her address on Labor Day. When I received confirmation that same day, it showed my shipping address, not the one I entered on the order. I emailed immediately, knowing they were closed, and asked them to reply asap the next day so I knew they received email, and give correct address. They did not. They sent me email to resolve over phone. So I called next day and they told me it was too late, that it already had been shipped, and I should have called by 8 a.m. I got the tracking number and it said they only CREATED the label at 1:34 p.m. He basically called me a liar saying I put my billing address in, and was so sarcasstic saying this never happens with other customers! I even explained how it took 7 tries to complete the order as it would not accept any of my credit cards so I had to use PayPal. Did not decline them, just said cc not accepted. So we corresponded a few times through the original email. They knew I had to revise but went ahead anyway to ship? Now I have to ship this large box again since my niece lives 1.5 hrs away. Shame on me for not checking their poor reviews before ordering something from a company that I thought was reputable. Their site is definitely not user friendly. I did have a heck of a time changing the ship address and it would keep defaulting to my billing address so I was not surprised when I received my confirmation. Didn't think it would be such a hassle to fix.
My advice to anyone wanting to buy from their site, READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS. I was shocked to see they had a score of less than 2 stars when this all started.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Site is a complete scam. I finally received a cheap $ 2 pair of glasses 2 months later. (REALLY!) I fought with Credit card company but could not get my money back as they insisted they had so called "proof a delivery". I should have done my homework. If the prices sound too good to be true it's because you DON"T GET THEM! Lost all my money. Wrote it off as live and learn. Do your research, you will find many complaints against them. So glad you asked. Hopefully you didn't order anything from them.

Step 2 never got delivered. I requested to cancel the order due to late delivery and having had to buy alternative present to replace this item only to be told by Step2 to cancel the order under change of mind delivery where they charge you $15.00 for them delivering your item late.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I got the opportunity to test a toy through step 2 for free! Navigating the website and using the filter settings has never been easier. I found exactly what I needed and in my price range! The kitchen set we chose is very durable and leads to hours of play with the kids. They provided set up tutorials on the website and helpful tips and reviews!

I ordered a swing set for my Granddaughter. It took forever to ship and then when it got here, it was a small box that had cheap sunglasses in the box. I contacted customer service and they said that I could either use my money to send it back, and they would issue a full refund, or I could keep the sunglasses, and they would refund 30% of my $90 order! The stupid glasses aren't worth the money they are trying to charge me and it will cost me more to ship back than they are worth. And how in the heck do you mix up a big swing set with sunglasses? Now they will not contact me back. 100% a scam!

Horrible customer service and never received my order. They are also dishonest on their reviews. I was asked to do a survey and to post my review. Step2 company keeps deleting it!

We purchased a step 2 slide with a rock climber the play for is called "NATURALLY PLAYFUL WOODLAND CLIMBER"

I CALLED STEP 2 AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID IF I DON'T HAVE A RECEIPT STEP 2 WILL NOT WONT CANT REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE WALL THAT THE PLASTIC HAS SEPARATED IN SEVERAL PLACES.

STEP 2 REFUSES TO SELL ME THAT SAME WALL.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID PUT IT TOGETHER AND USE THE DEFECTIVE WALK AS IS.

I'm writing the better business bureau this is child endangerment. There forts aren't cheap so u buy one and get screwed by the company even if it's the company's fault
