Wrote a negative review directly on their site and they sent email to me saying my review was rejected! Poor customer support. I ordered toy for niece to be shipped to her address on Labor Day. When I received confirmation that same day, it showed my shipping address, not the one I entered on the order. I emailed immediately, knowing they were closed, and asked them to reply asap the next day so I knew they received email, and give correct address. They did not. They sent me email to resolve over phone. So I called next day and they told me it was too late, that it already had been shipped, and I should have called by 8 a.m. I got the tracking number and it said they only CREATED the label at 1:34 p.m. He basically called me a liar saying I put my billing address in, and was so sarcasstic saying this never happens with other customers! I even explained how it took 7 tries to complete the order as it would not accept any of my credit cards so I had to use PayPal. Did not decline them, just said cc not accepted. So we corresponded a few times through the original email. They knew I had to revise but went ahead anyway to ship? Now I have to ship this large box again since my niece lives 1.5 hrs away. Shame on me for not checking their poor reviews before ordering something from a company that I thought was reputable. Their site is definitely not user friendly. I did have a heck of a time changing the ship address and it would keep defaulting to my billing address so I was not surprised when I received my confirmation. Didn't think it would be such a hassle to fix.
My advice to anyone wanting to buy from their site, READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS. I was shocked to see they had a score of less than 2 stars when this all started.
