I would give the mattresses and customer service zero stars.
Bought a 10 inch it inflated to just under 9 and is horribly uncomfortable. Company doesn't answer the phone. You will end up emailing customer service and then they will offer you a 20% refund or return in compressed condition via fedex. Then will let you know that return shipping is your responsibility. They only honor of you are within 30 days which I did reach out but they were slow to respond. Bottom line but somewhere else unless you want no warranty.

Very pleased! Bought both the sofa and loveseat covers. They fit really well with very little excess to tuck in. The material has a textured pattern to it so it doesn't look like a slipcover. I used a white cover over a green couch and can't really see the color showing though, which i was concerned about.

I love it! I was a bit hesitant at first that it might not fit my high chairs but the cover is stretchable and thick fabric, it was actually perfect. I will order different colors as well to suit the occasions.

I was about to place an order with SUBRETEX today for one of their products but had a couple of questions, so I called the contact number (Glad I did) on their website a couple of times and NO ONE answers the phone, also no option for voice mail. So, I sent a couple of emails requesting someone call me back... NO ONE DID. Finally I tried the chat feature and guess what there was NO ONE THERE to chat with. If you place an order with this company and you have any kind of issue... YOUR SCREWED

I purchase from this company, the cover keep sliding off the the chairs and they send products I don't need, but they won't allow you to return the product, I will never order from them,, Do not order the material is bad, you will regret it. No friendly customer service. Bad company,,

So, I purchased a 4" gel topper with the cover, and when you purchase them together, they offer you a 20% discount on the cover... BUT they tell you the DISCOUNTED price will show up when you check out! IT DOES NOT! My topper cover was only supposed to cost $43.20 with my topper, instead it cost me $51.99... you may think, so what... big deal, that's not a big difference, BUT in this economy, you take your discounts and WINS where you can find them. It's like playing a Monopoly game out there now! Maybe it always was, but now... I am really feeling it. WE as a society cannot allow BIG companies to play head games with us anymore, push us around, and pretend to give us the best deals only to rip them out from under us when we check out! Don't forget all the hours you spend searching for the best deals, and products, and prices... you think you finally found one that beats all the rest and then they play this game on you. FAKE OUT A DISCOUNT THAT ISN'T REALLY THERE... so... in the end... after all that time you spent, did you actually end up with the best deal? Hmmmm... is it worth more of my time to find out, NOPE. Instead, I'm going to write this review and WARN EVERYONE ELSE OUT THERE, DON'T BELIEVE THEIR LIES ABOUT THE ADDED DISCOUNTS AT CHECKOUT! Oh yeah, and before I wrote this review I did try to reach someone on CHAT before 2 pm on the West coast in CA... nobody responded... then I tried to call... their phones are busy... now either Putin just dropped a XXXX on them and I don't know yet, or they are simply avoiding their customers! OH YEAH, AND IT WILL ONLY LET YOU POST A REVIEW IF YOU GIVE THEM FIVE STARS!

I was skeptical because my ottoman is very oversized, but thought I would try it since several reviews showed pictures of big ones. It is super stretchy, yet good quality. So glad I got it!

Very impressed with the mattress and how compact it was and how easy it was to set it up. Everyone i know is jealous of comfort and price of it

Ordered a pillow for my husband- he hates it of course so I tried to return it for a refund per the 45 day return on the site. Unfortunately I didn't read all the strings attached such as 15% restocking, no refund on shipping and pay to ship it back, has to be in original packing (though I don't know how you know if you want to keep it if you don't take it out). Basically make very sure you want to keep anything you order from them because you will probably have to no matter what!

I purchased my mattress one year ago and I absolutely love it. My previous mattress was a temperpedic, which I thought was great until I slept on my Surbtex. It is very durable and sturdy - no sinking in, comfortably firm, and it's not hot and no sweating. I am not being compensated for my comment.
