I was about to place an order with SUBRETEX today for one of their products but had a couple of questions, so I called the contact number (Glad I did) on their website a couple of times and NO ONE answers the phone, also no option for voice mail. So, I sent a couple of emails requesting someone call me back... NO ONE DID. Finally I tried the chat feature and guess what there was NO ONE THERE to chat with. If you place an order with this company and you have any kind of issue... YOUR SCREWED

We are sorry you feel the virus is a bunk reason for delays but that is another thing we can assure you on, its real and its happening.
