Ticketsqueeze

I have used a few resale ticket sites in the past as it seems the only way to get tickets nowadays. Ticket Squeeze was very easy to use and I certainly appreciate the ability the toggle to see ticket fees before the checkout. Easiest out of all services I've used so far. Have bookmarked for future, although I do wish ticket prices as a whole came down to reality soon!

Ticket Squeeze has very questionable practices. First, is the fluctuating price changes that occur during ticket ordering. Second, their website attempts to closely mimic venue websites to make you think they are legit. Finally, even with the refund protection you still need to go through a third party to try and get your refund. Bypass Ticket Squeeze if possible.

Update: Got off the phone with their customer support. This is definitely a site to avoid. Any resolution you try to reach with them is met with we're just doing business.

Ticketsqueeze creates a website that will look similar to a legit event/stadium site and will direct you to buy tickets from ticketsqueeze. Got scammed into buying bad tickets for $50 additional cost. Want to make everyone is aware of this scam website.

I think the negative reviews are a little unfair. I too discovered Ticket Squeeze via a third party site, so I know what people are writing about. But to TS's credit, it quite clearly says throughout the third party site (and even on TS!) that site is not primary ticket seller and there's no obligation to buy. I read that within the first second of being on the site. What made me actually buy from Ticket Squeeze was the prices in comparison to others. Fair prices and honest upfront, so that gets a positive rating from me.

I was looking for the venues website on the web along with the event and this pulled up along with many others besides the actual venue one page later. I went through the order process and couldn't believe how overpriced the tickets were in comparison to the venues etix system. I went through the process and ordered them prior and I called them asking about pricing and they didn't answer until 7 days later. Horrible service. Companies like these shouldn't exist or maybe I should open one and overcharge everyone.

Terrible! The website glitched out while I was trying to order tickets to an event. The purchase finalized even though I was only going to the "review order" where it says "card not be charged at this time" but it did. Honestly I would've just accepted the tickets but unfortunately it was for a time that I was unable to attend. I immediately called ticketsqueeze customer service to ask that they cancel the transaction- they refused to do so even though it was their website that glitched out. I do not think the site glitch was intentional but the fact that they would not do anything about it was. I was still willing to purchase the tickets from this company and requested a credit voucher only to use towards the correct event time and they also refused that so I ultimately had to go through my back to dispute the charge because I truly did not authorize it.
I would not ever purchase from them again because they do not have integrity or value their customers. Buyer beware…. Even if it's their fault they will not fix the problem.
I tried so hard explaining and they made it seem like it was simply about the time of the event rather than even acknowledge that their site took my money without authorization! It was about so much more than what they tried to make my complaint out to be. Ugh! I hate companies like this… maybe that is why they call themselves ticket squeeze, they squeeze the money right out of you. I refuse to pay for an event that I can not attend! It's just such a crazy situation, I never ever thought they would refuse to cancel the transaction as it is the only RIGHT thing to do!

I was scammed by their fake red rocks website, which they've designed to look as close to the real thing as is possible. They do this with a lot of other venues to--leading you to think that you are purchasing official tickets, instead of the re-sale tickets they actually offer. Their customer service is extremely unresponsive. After spending a huge amount of money on Brandi Carlile tickets, I realized my mistake when I got no confirmation email and searched "red rocks" again, only to find the real website. It has now been months of emailing them trying to get a refund. They tried to transfer me re-sale tickets from another, more reputable company, AXS Tickets, which I haven't accepted. I've finally called my credit card company and have filed a claim. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. If you want re-sale tickets go through Ticketmaster or AXS Tickets directly.
