This is a review on a joke bookmakers names Titanbet i have had a bet with a lot of different bookie in the past and was draw to this one by the offer of bet £20 and get £30 free bets, sounds good up to know, i open an account deposit £30 ready for action, ten minutes later i get a message to say that i need to send verification for my age(strange never needed that before with all the other bookies) its asking me for ID send either my Passport Driving licence copy of my Bank statement, now the fun starts i thought no i am not sending all my details just for a free bet so i go to withdraw my money and get a message saying they need verification(i have had my account opened no more that ten minutes) all i want is my money back and i will go on my merry way no chance
Spoke to there customer service(that is just a fancy name that they had given for some department) should be called not interested in a word you say department.
They informed me that i need to send all relevant docs to withdraw my own money (its my money) was my answer several times not interested got told to read terms and conditions, my argument was why they did not state that before you make a deposit we will need verification of who you are before you can deposit any money, and i guarantee you that not many people would open an account.
Its only £30 but besides the point these are con artists and DO NOT i repeat DO NOT open an account with there Sharks
