They advertise "Easy Refund Policy" and "100% Money Back Guarantee." However, it is all a lie. The expert wrote my paper in 40 min but it was not in the format I requested. It looked sloppy. Grammar issues all throughout the paper. Customer Service is garbage. They will not issue me a refund for the shotty paper. They demand we allow the writer to do rework to fix it but now that'll take up to 12 hours. This is the most ridiculous process. Save yourself, run!

They are such scammers it's ridiculous at the end of the day I'm not going to let them take advantage. They want to charge me for removing my name from the database system when I didn't even provide my information to them. Not sure how they retrieved my information but I keep getting calls from random numbers from Massachusetts or New York and I've asked them multiple times to remove me from the list and they try to charge me $50 to remove me. As a threat they want to call me 500 times a day, totally ridiculous.

First of all, like many other reviews said, after paying they ghost you. They don't respond until test time. My tutor was very nice, and I thought he was very helpful. He did send me the work and seemed to know what he was doing. However, out of 20 questions he only got 5 right. This is unbelievable and totally unprofessional. I asked for a refund, and they need 12 hours to review it. Would highly recommend you stay away from this site. It is a total scam. Very unfortunate.

To any who wants to get scam please go donate money to them. I have ask for so many revision of the file and all have been wrong. I had no choice but to submit the project and in the end i failed. I was being nice asking for half refund they refuse to even acknowledge their mistakes and claim that their codes are correct. If the codes are correct, why did i fail my project.

The expert that works on my assignment unqualified to do it and he is unprofessional. I don't advise anyone to deal with them. Also, they ignore the deadline and submit the wrong answer. I gave them an assignment that had 11 questions with it and the readings that go along, they gave me my paper 50 minutes after its deadline, and were so rude to me when I was asking for it. I also asked in advance if the time was enough for them to get it done and they repeatedly told me I would get it before the deadline and they lied. Then once I got it, the paper was horribly done, the answers were so off base of the questions, I got a 20 out of 150. Never using this again, and I've been asking for a refund and no one is responding. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Top Assignment Experts is a horrible site to get help completing assignments. The tutors often submit work that is plagiarized from various Internet sources including Chegg. They even have the audacity to submit work that doesn't fulfill every requirement. For example, if they're asked to write a big program, they may give you s**t that doesn't even run and produces lots of errors. When you tell them that the assignment is of low quality, they repeatedly ask what about the assignment is bad or to share your grade. They even give false justification that the assignment is good such as "the program does work but you couldn't run it because of the compiler you used." But the reality is that the program doesn't run on any compiler. When they are asked to give a refund, they often lie that they did. They have to be reminded multiple times to give a refund. For instance, if you asked them for a refund, they may lie that they sent it to your bank account even when you don't have one. They may also say that they'll give it in a few hours, days, or weeks but don't. They only give you a refund after reminding them so many times. Their service is utter garbage and should absolutely be avoided!

This website is a scam. I paid to get help with a C++ assignment and they completed it right when it was due. The assignment was completed incorrectly as it had nothing to do with the assignment. I contacted them to request a refund and they said they would revise it. I contacted them as assignment was way over due. I then received a response that my refund request was closed because assignment revision was posted. It was a lie. There was no revision.

I should have known this business was not to be trusted because they wanted me to pay upfront. We worked out $25 upfront, then a sample of the work was shown to me. Once complete I paid another $25, the work was incomplete and incorrect. I ask for a proforna invoice and they failed to provide accurate data yet still charged $50, don't waste your money.

Most unprofessional business and stupidest business model ever. Guy cussed me out because I don't want to use his services, after he asked me the stupidest questions.

Let me spill the tea for y'all, so I as looking for a website that could help me out with my programming assignment and I happen to find this website so I as like okay let me check the reviews out.
I check the reviews and and most of them are terrible and on top of that I see some outrageous conversations from the experts of the website.
Anyhow, i decided to speak to them and told them that I would pay only after I see that they met all the requirements of the assignment and also told them the reason
They agreed but told me to pay a tiny amount upfront to show them that I was serious about it. So I did and gave them the time they required. At some point I asked about the status of the assignment and they literally took so much time just to reply. 3 days later I get the assignment and they ask me to click the link so that I obtain it. However after I click it they ask me to pay the amount in full before I view it knowing that I told them I won't pay till I see that all the requirements.
I send them another message reminding them but they didn't reply.
Moral of the story I would not risk wasting my money on this website and I advice y'all the same

I wish I had an option to give 0/10. The tutor manager told me that they would provide me the file before the deadline. They sent me the file but it was not according to the instructions provided by my professor. So, I gave them a full day to fix the error. I messaged them another day and then they asked for another 2 hours. I kept messaging them and they kept telling me that the expert is working at my assignment. And just 5 minutes before the deadline, the tutor manager tells me that the there was an error in the template that I sent to them 4 days back. I was not able to submit my assignment because of this so called expert and so called tutor manager. The lady at the customer service was good though, but I still I would not recommend this website. I am already failing this class because of them and I probably wont sleep tonight.

First off, look how corny the 5-star reviews are, doesn't take a genius to know more than half of them are paid actors.
Now why I rate this a 1 star? Here's why: they have bad customer service, and they are not professionals.
You can read other reviews saying how the work wasn't even correct or did not get the solution in time, and we all know that's FAR from being reliable after paying. And guess what? What they say is true, the 'experts' were initially planning to give the solution to me the DAY before the deadline and I know well enough that is not trustworthy considering I have no guarantee the solution will be correct. Luckily I got the solution relatively faster than they planned, but what I wasn't lucky about is how the solution they gave me, was wrong. Am I surprised? Honestly, no, but they had one job, and they can't even do that. After paying $70. Though admittedly, I'm not that mad if I think of this as a lesson fee, and the solution can be used to arrange the correct one since it was actually trying to solve it.
But don't get me started on how BAD the service is, almost felt like I was talking to brain-dead bots with a third-grade level of communication. I'm not gonna explain what happened, but long story short, don't even think of using this site. If you still want to use it because you had a better experience than what I had, then go on. But, I warned you.

Fast response to get you to pay, after you pay they ignore you. Did my homework completely wrong, and said they can ask the expert to redo it which is stupid because they probably going to do it wrong again. Good thing i put the deadline as one day before my actual deadline was due, so i had time to do it myself, they would have ruined my grade!
Stupid company, scam!

Please do not place an order with them especially if you're a CS major. They waited till the deadline to tell me " expert has contracted covid and they are isolated so they cannot get in contact with them". They asked for additional hours even though my assignment was overdue and I said whatever go ahead. When that deadline passed they claimed they had a problem finding a new expert. I just wanted to understand and learn before submission and I'm still lost. It's April 30th and apparently they cannot find an expert since April 25th. I've been waiting for 5 days for my refund with no luck. They respond when they want to and their customer service is pretty sketch.

They are just a joke. They do not care you after you made a payment. I asked the customer service if the tutor is assigned or not. He/she were made fun of me. I have told him/her it is not difficult to tell me the tutor was assigned or not. He/she responded Absolutely not! I told. Him/her okay please tell me, the response was just OK! The tutor manager is awful, he does not know what is going on with the assignment. Please do not work with them

This is a very helpful service when you have no time to focus on assignments tasks. The writers are wonderful but be specific in your requests/orders.

I used the service after they responded quickly and promised they could complete the assignment in time after I asked multiple questions. A few hours before the assignment was due they said they could not get it done in time. Of course that isn't okay, but i said they could still get the assignment to be a few days late.
