I don't know about these other raters - but my product arrived on time and worked beautifully. My 1st call was declined because my CallerID was a company - my 2nd was greeted with a hang-up - 3rd got me in fine. I suspect he's inundated with cold call sales from foreign marketers (I know I am). So a little slack is due here
Ordered $234 worth of product on and two weeks later nothing. Company initially answered the phone, laughed and said it will go out "today" yet never sent it. They have changed their phone number on their website times since, and will not answer the phone anymore. Avoid this company, scam.

My order never showed up and they do not respond to phone calls or email when I tried to find out the status. Had to dispute credit card charge.

I bought two touch up pens. The felt on the base color pen pushed into the pen as soon as I applied pressure. I emailed customer service and they said a replacement would be sent. Weeks later i still did not get the replacement and they stopped responding to me.
William lies about business practices, his position in the organization and when asked to cancel an order he initially agreed, he shipped it out anyway and then quoted the refund policy stating there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. I reiterated he misrepresented the company and failed to do his job and he proceeded to hang up again.
Ordered recommended paint on their web site and didn't match and refuse to refund or exchange touch up paint.
No paint was delivered. Kept my money. A guy name William answered the phone. Probably lives with his mother in her basement.
