The software did not do as advertised and they force you onto a subscription model. When trying to get a refund with their advertised "30 day money back guarantee" their excuse is "It is difficult to determine whether the problem you encounter is caused by our software, your devices, personal operation or other reasons, so it is difficult to make a refund."

Seeing as how iTunes does the same things this software does. There does not appear to be ANY reason to ever use this software.

The location changer id amazing. I can change my location instantly or i can make my location act like im walking or driving i can have it stop at different locations i can pause the app while its saying im driving and keep me at whatever location it was saying i was at if you have a mac you can connect through wifi this app is a life changer if you have crazy parents or bf/gf you will love it you can change the location of up to 5 devices at a time with the $9.99 windows subscription

The cheap price ain't worth it. The amount this phone has glitched, froze, bugged out or just crashed by itself has simply give me enough hemorrhoids to last a life time. Don't cheap out, just buy a new iPhone or galaxy, anything is better than this phone made from the scrap parts of a Honda Civic 2001. Just this review was a pain to write on this phone

Very disappointed with the quality of support and customer care. I had purchased the android FRP remover tool in haste to use on a tablet which was being repurposed for my company's use. When prompted to open diagnostics using the "emergency call" option, I was unable to as the device was wifi only, and had no calling capability. I did some brief research to try and figure out how to, but could not find documentation anywhere. I ended up resolving the issue with Samsung and reached out to Ultfone support in an attempt to get a refund on the FRP remover software as I had purchased the software only a couple of hours ago, had not used it once and had no intention of using it further. I've been working in IT for over 2 years I've had much better experiences with refunds from other software companies. In fact I've had much better and simpler experiences with returning items & getting refunds at retailers such as Target. I was told by support that "Our refund principle is to refund product quality problems that have no solution" and that I did not warrant a refund because there was nothing wrong with my product. Although the reason I was not able to use UltFones software was due to the lack of clarity regarding using the software on a tablet.
When I reached out via email, UltFones support was extremely blunt and ultimately unhelpful, it genuinely felt like I was talking to an AI, with the support rep completly ignoring my initial requests and requiring multiple communications. I was impressed with the supposed quality of the product itself (despite never getting past the first step) but the lack of documentation and the level of support given were extremely disappointing. I've had a very bad experience with this company from the lack of clear instructions and clear documentation to the lacklustre support. I would strongly discourage buying anything at all.

I bought the software based on the fact they claimed it works and also based on money back guarantee. It did not work with my phone and later they did not issue a refund as they claim their product only works with Samsung S3-S6. Who even has a S6 phone when phone companies are giving away S23 with a one year contract. I don't have S3-S6 to try and see if their product actually works so we leave it at that.

Very nice, I was able to restore my entire data, and it was easy to use, you can retrieve files, photos, required documents and WhatsApp conversations

The software did not fix the problem on my phone despite repeated attempts and following instructions received through email. Asking for money back under guarantee is like getting your teeth pulled and asking you through various hoops of providing evidence from the registry. Spent considerable time to provide this despite the complicated process of retrieving this information which did not meet their requirements. Since I had uninstalled the software in frustration I had no access to this information. My refund request was declined and a futile gesture of giving other free software on their site was made. Fat load of good this other software would have done for me when this software did not do the job. Beware the money back is only a marketing ploy. Do not expect to see your money back if the software does not work.

Accidently deleted every text message on my phone instead of 1 thread. Immediately purchased UltFone Android Recovery and followed the proper steps and scanned my phone. Absolutely nothing was recovered or detected. Zero messages. Wasted my money.

I purchased a product thinking that it did a certain function. After one use I found out that I bought the wrong one. With some time trough email. I was informed I could switch to the program I needed. I am satisfied with the out come and fairly quick responses.
