I had been referred to this card/personal loan through a popular credit rating site/app (yes, that one). Thinking this meant they were trustworthy, I went ahead, cuz, hey, good for my credit rating, right? On four different occasions, I have been notified that, despite making the monthly payments automatically, I was suddenly and inexplicably delinquent for exactly one cent, and couldn't use the card until that was sorted out. I've never been given an explanation as to why this keeps happening. This month, they pulled my automatic payment twice, for the exact same amount, two days apart, and I was just notified they attempted to pull it a third time several weeks later. I'm expecting to get notified of a NSF fee ($30) because it didn't go through, even though I never authorized a second or third payment, and they already got double what they should have. I'm a disabled veteran on a limited income, I can't just pick up an extra shift to cover the unexpected expenses. I'm hard of hearing, so every time I have to call these people to sort this out, it's a headache to say the least. I truly wish i hadn't accepted this offer.

Tip for consumers:
Expect to have to watch your account like a hawk. Make a secondary account to get the automatic payments taken from so that it won't affect your other bills.

This whole sh!tty shotty operation is a farce. How can you advertise that the applying for the card won't hurt your score but then after a year the company turned around and decreased the card balance based on my credit score (scam). I experienced nothing but problems since I received this card from the pits of hell. First they dangle a carrot in front of you with a mirage of a $7000 balance only to snatch some of the money back like Lucy holding the ball for Charlie Brown. Being a teacher I bit because I was home for the Summer in need of funds, (hindsight is 20/20). From day one since I've had this card I've experienced the following...
1. They put you through a jumping hoops process of showing them extra documents in order to get the increase
2. The payments start out affordable but then they hit you with the Big Kahunna of all payments after about 3 payments.
3. Outside purchases (inside job) being made on your card because their cyber security sucks.
4. I made a monthly payment of about $200 dollars and noticed that I didn't get an emailed receipt but the next day I received an email stating thank you for your $4000 payment. It took me several days to get back my money and overdraft fees removed. They then tried to make it look like I chose the wrong button when making the payment.
5. The latest episode was where I got an email stating that they had decreased my credit limit. I called and all the agent could do was refer me back to that bogus email they sent me (typical).
In closing I've said all of that to say this, If you want to apply for this *******@ppy card and deal with this piss poor company by all means. But my final word to you is to avoid this fools gold like the plague and protect your energy. It's not even worth it.
