We bought a Maytag washer and dryer from Urner's. The salesperson told us that it was one of the BEST and that it was better than the front load washer. The washer and dryer are not the best, they are the worst. Now after the sale, Urner's is telling us that this machine is absolutely the CHEAPEST Maytag has to offer. Now we have this person saying that this is the cheapest and the salesperson telling us it is one of the best. We have tried many times to get Urner's to help us, but they refuse saying they are not responsible after the sale. If we want anything done, we must go to the manufacturer. We have had a repair company here, they replaced the main control board, on the washer. After 4 times of being here to look at this machine the tech told us that this washer is the worst on the market. We did offer Urner's these pictures and videos but, Urner's refused to look at the 37 pictures or 19 videos.

My $4,000.00 refrigerator came with a dent (from a forklift) at the rear of the refrigerator, the right side outer wall is damaged and one of the refrigerator handles did not set flush. The service tech that came out to inspect the refrigerator did not think it was a big deal that a $4,000.00 refrigerator has dents. The tech reinstalled the freezer lower door handle and it literally came off THE FIRST TIME the freezer was opened which resulted in another dent where the door handle pivoted. The tech returned and another door handle was ordered and installed - the new dent remains, along with the original two dents.
When the refrigerator was first delivered by Urners and left by our front door, it was still in the manufacturers box and the delivery guys EXPECTED US TO SIGN OFF ON THE PAPER WORK WHICH STATES THAT THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION EVEN THOUGH THE REFRIGERATOR HAD NOT BEEN UNPACKAGED AND INSPECTED. WE COULD SEE THE REAR SIDE OF THE BOX WAS DAMAGED!
Needless to say, we refused to sign off on the paper work. Once the refrigerator was unpackaged and the damage was revealed, we called Urners to discuss the damage. THE FIRST THING THE URNERS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ASKED WAS "DID YOU SIGN THE WAIVER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?" So, apparently, if you sign the waiver without inspecting the refrigerator first, they will use it against you to release themselves from liability. I prefer to do business with local small businesses although I will avoid Urners like the plague. Their business ethics sucks and their customer service sucks even more! It looks like the filing of a small claims complaint is what will be required to have Urners do what they should have done from the beginning.

Tip for consumers:
Don't just read, if you have been a victim, write a review on here, on google, facebook and anywhere else you can write a review and tell everyone you know about this rotten place!
