Slow to get here, but I received a timely email response with a link to track shipment far better than Shop app. Received today and I'm happy with the product. What I expected and will wear around the house as I do other brands like Ugg, Duluth Trading and Bear Paw. These are actually as comfortable as my more expensive Ugg's.

Took months to arrive. I had requested a refund as I had already purchased other shoes, they had agreed, but nothing happened. Then out of the blue this shabby little packet arrived looking like it had been used as a temporary game of football. General impression of the shoes: cheap and flimsy. Conclusion: Never trust rubbish advertised on Facebook, they are making a fortune as a gateway for all kinds of rubbish merchandise without accepting any responsibility.

After waiting in anticipation at receiving what looked like smart rugged boots, I was sadly disappointed at the product when I opened the package. Flimsy. Cheap and awkward to wear as the cheap ' very faux leather is very flimsy as are the soles.
There is NO information as to where how or what these shoes are made. No information labels at all!
I assume China is the culprit responsible for making and marketing said product.
A regretful purchase. Steer clear of this Oulos company in future!

Complete scam! My order was lost and even with confirmation from the delivery company Oulos refuses to refund me. Scandal! I take legal action! I am French and live in France.

The Buffalo has zero support and the bottoms are made of plastic. The upper part that appeared to be leather on their website is actually faux suede, man made material. There is no rubber, leather and absolutely ZERO support.

Where is the leather? Where is the Support? Where's the rubber sole?

Purchased 2 pair March 2020, it took 3 months to get them. Was unable to get my money back or shipping costs to return them. So I'm stuck with shoes sho crappy, I can't sell them at a yard sale and I can't give them away. Pure garbage.

Not impressed. Made with poor material - I paid $60 for a glorified bedroom slippers. I put them on and the lace holes ripped.
But on a possitive note, they did send something that looked like they belong on feet. The shoes appear to be made from a vinyl cow. Their return policy is useless, it takes 6 months to get the shoes and the refund is store credit for more useless shoes.

I bought a $59.99 pair of oulos premium buffalo shoes. Size 10.5, Color Khaki, 9.99 shipping with tracking number through fedex.

Holidays came in between my purchase and processing time, (not based in the us) figured either way send an email to check on status. No response yet. I waited 7 days after purchase for my tracking number to update, it did not. I emailed and its been 3 days. When I get a response, update in shipping or the shoes I'll edit this review until than. Buyer beware. I went to the website directly, reviews weren't too bad. I have a funny feeling.

Ordered my shoes in April 2020 and like many others who have complained, here I am sitting at the end of August with no shoes. Complained multiple times to the company only to receive he same automatic response saying how covid-19 has slowed down shipments. Never has anyone reached out to me with any real non pre scripted bs.

Stay away from them, do not waste your time or money. You can find similar products elsewhere and you might actually receive them.

The tracking information I was given now states that they were shipped May 3rd (23 days AFTER I ordered them) from CHINA and are now in Ocean Transit (yes, by f**king boat). So either I can expect these boots sometime in July or I have just kissed $59.99 goodbye. I would recommend everyone who is having the same issues to file a complaint with the FTC so at least their website can be marked as fraud and be taken down in the U.S.

As I am now part of the herd, I am saddened by the lack of care greed has on others, this company has not been forthcoming with me or any of these other folks! Therefore I too hope that my shoes will arrive. Trusted that Facebook had our backs, however I made the mistake to trust! Uff da! Why did I do it!? I can't afford to throw away $60. But I did! Looks like I will sign up with any class action suit against this "company"

I ordered from Usaoulos on May 6,2020. Supposedly they were shipped on May 11. To date I have requested updates twice and received email replies both indicating that the order is still in transit, along with identical paragraphs about "the worldwide epidemic." Both came from Sophia Brown, whose name I've seen elsewhere on this thread. As others here have stated, my tracking continues to indicate that the product hasn't arrived at USPS yet. I've just protested the charge with my credit card company.

As title says. Received them after 5 or 6 weeks. Fair quality, good materials used. Not worth the 60 I paid for the iffyness of the situation but happy I at least got them. Stay positive folks hopefully you'll get yours too.

I purchased a pair of the OD green shoes several months ago after seeing an ad on Instagram. After several weeks they had not shown up and the order said they had shipped but gave no further info. I looked at other reviews and came to the conclusion I just got scammed out of 60 dollars. So I moved on, yesterday they came in the mail after almost 4 months of waiting. They are exactly as expected and very comfortable. I believe covid hitting them probably had something to do with the shipping delay. I'm sure things will be back to normal soon and shipping will be expedited.

I ordered my shoes 4/*******. Today is 6/4/2020. I am still waiting for the shoes. Sent 2 emails to customer service via rheir "Shop" tracking app and received no answers. They have no address, no tel# to call. Terrible company. They sure are not in business of having repeat happy customers

So, I'll begin by saying that I was one of the most critical people of this company for the last 2 months. I had the exact same experience as many of you; where I ordered, thought for sure I was scammed, contacted them several times, and got templated responses saying they "are experiencing delays due to COVID". I wrote a scathing review on here a few weeks ago (sitejabber seems to have taken it down) and I questioned the reviews of a few people on here who stated they had received the shoes (also now removed), thinking they were fake accounts made by Oulos to keep the scam going as long as possible before they were shut down. I ordered back on April 21st, and had completely given up hope on ever receiving these, but today I surprisingly got them in the mail (see the photo with today's newspaper and the package the shoes arrived in). They seem to be roughly as advertised, so in closing I just need to say: Oulos appears to be a small company that is just starting out and may be a bit out of their league and unable to keep up with orders, so their shipping is brutally slow. Hopefully you all get your orders soon, but I suspect with the amount of negative reviews and how the slow shipping makes the company look like a scam, they probably will not be able to stay afloat for too much longer.

Zamówione buty i opłacona przesyłka priorytetowa że śledzeniem. I od tego momentu firma nie odpowiada na maile lub odsyła do nieaktualnych informacji a zamówienie nie jest wysłane, nie można go anulować ani odzyskać pieniędzy. Jak to możliwe że po tylu podobnych skargach takie firmy nadal reklamują i sprzedają w internecie. Oczywiście nie mam zamiaru odpuścić moich pieniędzy i zgłoszę naruszenie moich praw w każdej dostępnej przestrzeni i w każdej możliwej instytucji konsumenckiej. Nie umawiałem się na taki zakup gdzie płacę z góry za nieistniejący produkt a moje maile są ignorowane.

Tip for consumers:
Warto zastanowić się dwa razy nad zapłaceniem za towar którego potem się nie otrzyma.

These shoes took about 6 months to get to me and are the cheapest things I have ever seen. They are not even worth 10 dollars. They fit terrible, extremely narrow. So even if I wanted to wear them, I cannot. They told me to return them to a Address in Spain. That would be just burning more money on something not worth it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company in April, 2020. As of August, no shoes. After a couple of emails welcoming me to the "family" and claiming that the order was on its way, nothing. If this were just my experience I might blame the post office or the COVID-19 difficulties. But reading over the other reviews, this is the norm. Buyer beware!

Same situation as others posting here. A month and counting and no shoes. The first few complaints resulted in customer service response - and a complimentary gluten-free cake recipe? - now they just ignore my inquiries. Hopeless.

This is my 2nd review and I must first apologize to the company for my first one... but really folks, did it need to take 2 months to get here. It did and that is why like so many others I called it a scam, notified them I was doing so, and forgot about it. So then they came, were extremely nice, and fit perfectly. Good luck to the rest of you!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased my shoes April 19,2020. It is now June 3, and I have not received them. It is a scam. Sophia Brown sends out a pre written form email that always says the same thing. ZERO STARS since they are thieves.

Like others, I saw these shoes on Instagram and thought they were cool. I ordered them on April 18th and I got them today July 20th. So while not scamming me out of money, they did take a VERY LONG time to send them.

The tracking number they provide doesn't update. Even after a week from their shipped notification e-mail. All you get is excuses when you message them. Just a scam.
