What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. You have 60 days storage with no fees, when consolidating packages the team does it best to reduce to total weight whilst well protecting the goods, all the packaging arrived in a perfect state.

I gave 4 stars as the website is not intuitive enough and makes feel insecure, other than that I am finding this freight forwarder USGObuy extremely reliable, economical and trustworthy. I've shipped several times to Australia and I have never had a communication issue unlike MyUS, who are very combative in my experience (probably a bigger merchant). If you have a question their customer service has always satisfied my query. All the above could change of course but I've been using them for close to a year and I will continue to do so based on precedent.

They offer the best shipping cost to my country, and they also have cheaper shipping methods that I couldn't find anywhere else, which made me save a lot of money. The fastest delivery timetime was 3 days and the longest 7 days.
Customer since September 2018 and after using two other shipping companies, I am overall satisfied with usgobuy's servcies, answers to questions are quite fast, photography and repacking services are quite good.
Me as an e-commerce professional, speed of shipments is important and usgobuy ships fairly quickly.
The point for improvement remains the possibility of shipping batteries, usgobuy does not ship computer batteries, mobile phones,...

First they lie about the weight and dimensions of your packages so that they can charge you a higher price to pocket the difference (as confirmed by the initial courier tracking information to their address compared to what they entered into their system). Then on top of that they do not honor the prices they set on their own website for the dimensions and weight they lie about which makes the cost calculator they provide to entice you to sign up completely useless. Once your package is received at their location with the inflated weight and size added to your account, you can view prices from the list of couriers they use to ship your package, choose one and pay. Now you're done, right? Not even close because they still won't ship to you. You'll have to send multiple harassing emails asking why your package hasn't been shipped despite already paying and they will make ridiculous excuses giving you the run around and wasting endless time claiming that you owe them an additional payment because the price they provided and programmed into their own website that you paid apparently isn't accurate. So at this point they have added 3 additional price increases to your packages but it doesn't end there. They also open and go through all your sealed items without consent which is a federal crime. Piss poor service, no accountability, false advertising, trash communication. The list goes on with this place. What they do is literally extortion. They hold your packages hostage and keep demanding more money with no real justification until you pay. It's straight up fraud. I have used several other package forwarding companies in the past with this being by far the worst, most unreliable and dishonest one. No contest. It's as if they're literally trying to provide you with the worst experience possible all while pinching you for every last penny. It results in an over priced, frustrating, waste of time. I hope the owner takes a long walk off a short pier so the company goes out of business and can spare additional victims the headaches. Complete scam. Avoid this dumpster fire.

Packages are updated day by day
Packaging is done between one to two days depending on the amount of packages
Packages are sent to the destination on the same day
Their support is good and they are following up on the problem. After solving the problem, they will respond by email

Their service is quite good so far, using them for several years and never had any issues... only recently the DHL cost is prohibitively expensive; I'd suggest USGOBUY to use TNT or similar...

Been using usgobuy for past year now, just advanced to silver membership after 1K+ spent on shipping. In total only 1 parcel lost (15km from home) and 3 damaged. ALL cases were handled professionally and insurance refunded. All other parcels arrived on time, vwell repackaged - excellent customer service.
