This company is an advanced scam company. I have had with them items worth more than $2000.
For 4months now, I have a package with them, requested for pics, took them 3months, to respond to the message, paid for shipment several items, will cancel shipment for ridiculous reasons, shipment funds non refundable. This company is not just trust worthy. Beware of USGOBUY, I am just a single mother who tries to survive my buying and selling things online. I have filed a report with the ic3, the OR FBI and with the local police department.
I consider myself so lucky having a relative in OR, who is planning to give them a visit tommorow. If you ever have a problem with this scam company, I suggest you contact me so we could bring this company down. I have been living on credit since my capital is at stake with them having my money tied down. I have decided to dedicate my time, all of it, to bring down this scam company and I won't stop. This is just the beginning. Stay away from USgobuy. Use other package forwarding companies. USGOBUY IS AN ADVANCED SCAM ARTISTS COMPANY

Dear NOZIPHO S., First we are deeply sorry for your unhappy service with USGoBuy. Actually, as a package forwarding agency in USA, we encounter a lot of frauds cases every day. Most of them are reported by the merchant or the holder to use frauds credit cards for shopping, or abuse our address as billing address. At that time we have to suspend or close their account and ask them to provide necessary information to verify identification, we cannot provide service anymore when in investigation. All the packages will be held or returned to the sender and hand over to police if necessary to avoid any risks.
We can cancel your order and refund the money to your account, but to protect the safety of funds and products, customers may wait until 180 days later to apply withdraw if there are no new reports within this period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
