My husband and I I have been going to the Durham, Nc since 2003, and have absolutely NO issues! My husband was diagnosed with colon cancer back in 03, could not have asked for better healthcare! Although he did not survive, he was given the best care I could have asked for. The hospital was calling me to get him in for appointments! They are prompt in responding to any messaging. Appointments are scheduled quickly. The employees are terrific! Always helpful. I am very appreciative of the services they provide. I am still registered and am grateful for the services they provide. I find the facility clean, and staff very efficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just filed a formal Complaint (this is for the Bradenton FL ST Rd 64 location) with one of the staff members Lourdes. This is supposed to be for Veterans that served this country and in turn them and their spouses should get the best care possible. The staff are not there to judge and accuse the veterans which is exactly what Lourdes did. I know Dr. Long is probably no aware of how his staff treats the patients and their spouses. Every veteran and spouse has a right to speak their mind when their staff accuse veterans of rescheduling an appointment. My apologies for all veterans that have to deal with this Lourdes in advanced. I would expect that Dr. Long will take care of this matter as there are highly trained and qualified individuals that would do a much better job at servicing our veterans.

This is application is dead on point when it comes to grammer. I strive to write correctly as I challenge to myself to see zero errors from Grammerly.

The entire VA process is SLOW, therefore, so has been their development of a functional and well working site. The VA has made strides to improve their interfaces and usability. With the eBenefits portal and other add-ons, the site is becoming useful and user-friendly to its users. They still have a way to go, but at least you can now log-in and check the status of claims, appeals, etc., without sitting on the phone for hours trying to get through.
