We had 3 movers, Vlad, Misha & Altay, out to help us. They were extremely friendly and went right to work moving boxes and blanketing furniture to get it out the door. They worked hard and were very careful with our fragile furniture. They took great care in taking things apart that would not move well otherwise. It was so wonderful to have such great help in getting everything moved and situated in the new place. Thank you Vlad, Misha & Altay! You guys made our work so much easier! We would happily use Vanguard Van Lines.

We had a great experience with manager and the people at Vanguard Van Lines. They were courteous, prompt, responsive, and made our move simple. Our first move date was postponed and they graciously allowed us to push back our move date without problems. We also had to move from two different locations and they were able to accommodate our tight schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service and professionalism. A great team. I recommend them without reservation.

Zack, Alex and Damian arrived promptly and were extremely professional and efficient with our move. There was a huge rain the day we moved but the guys were prepared with plenty of supplies to keep our stuff dry and our new floors clean. We hired Vanguard Van Lines to help move my mom. This was the first time hiring movers as I had always heard horror stories of broken belongings and high prices. Vanguard Van Lines exceeded all expectations! They were prompt, professional, courteous, and fast! The price was also quite reasonable. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them when it is our time to move.

The planning and assistance from the first phone contact was excellent. The information provided by the support staff really put our mind at ease. The suggestions offered were great. The movers were prompt, very careful with our items and did an excellent job. Will use Vanguard Van Lines every time we move in the future and will recommend them to all our friends.

Today was the second time I used Vanguard Van Lines for a long distance move. They are great! Fast, friendly and careful. Move was done in 2 days! Everything in one piece at the new place. We have experienced a few moves over the last 8 years the first being cross country from NYC. Of all the relocations we have had our experience with Vanguard Van Lines was by far the very BEST! The 3 young men Boris, Andres and Foreman who were in charge of this normally stressful day made it seamless and stress free. They arrived at our soon to be old residence on time and had us moved into our new home without missing a beat always hustling and smiling along the way within the original estimated time frame. They were INCREDIBLE. We truly thank them and company for making our move painless and a success.

Very satisfied with the service provided by Vanguard! They were very professional in regards to our move and the value we received for the move was great. We were impressed with the speed at which they worked - even at the end of a long day - even with all the stairs they had to climb numerous times for our move - and they had a very cheerful attitude throughout the move. Would gladly recommend them and look forward to using them again if we need moving services in the future.

Moved from Houston to Anaheim. I couldn't believe the attention to detail and the care that they took with my furnishings. My driver was so considerate and efficient. He actually arrived early both on pick up and delivery days! The crew on both places were amazing- polite, enthusiastic and very careful. This was a tough move and these guys made a pleasure!

We are delighted that sitejabber led us to Vanguard vanlines movers. Every communication with them was the pinnacle of professionalism. Their bid was right in line with the other local movers. Boris and the rest of the crew (6-men! 2 trucks!) were efficient and careful. Each piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and placed exactly where we wanted it, along with each and every box, even those with confusing labels. We moved from a 1-bed 4th floor apartment with malfunctioning elevator to a 2-story house at the end of a long narrow driveway. Friends asked why we didn't do it ourselves. Because after two days we were completely moved in, and didn't even have to ice our backs. You will not regret an Vanguard vanlines move.

Can not say enough great things about this team. My husband and I moved to Los Angeles from the Seattle and having the professional, efficient and considerate team from Vanguard Van Lines meet us at our new home after our 14 hour drive was exactly what we needed. Boris, Andres and Joshua from second crew unloaded the entire contents in less than three hours! All of our items were moved in without a scratch, the guys were careful to lay them out exactly as we instructed in the apt, and even disposed of the extra blankets / packing materials that the moving team had encased everything with for us. Will absolutely use this team again for our next move.

Foreman and his team with estimator are masters at packing. They are diligent, hard working, personable, organized and professional. For once in my life I got to share the load at this hectic time and just let the guys put it all together. If you need packing help like me, I highly recommend them to do the work for you.

Vanguard Van Lines did a great job of moving us to our new location across town. They were professional and took good care of all our items, even ceramic potted plants with nothing broken. These guys are hard workers. All of them were hard workers with a can-do attitude which made things so much easier for us. Can't say enough about these guys, but awesome! You definitely want them on your next move! I highly recommend them!

One of the best moving experience ever! These gentlemen are very experienced and extremely professional. They called 30 mins prior to their arrival as promised, arrived punctually at my home, listened to my specific requests, had everything loaded onto the truck within 30-40 mins. Keep in mind, they wrapped and covered furnitures, etc. within that time. When we arrived at the new destination, I was concerned that all my items may not fit into the new house. Lead took a quick look, confirmed that all my belongings would fit, and proceeded to unload. It was amazing watching them stack (it was like watching a game of tetris played in real life). Since I had specific requests on how I like things uploaded (e.g., boxes that needed to be accessible at the front, etc.), they made sure it was arranged to my liking. THANK YOU movers! You made this moving experience very painless. I am definitely asking for the same team again when I have to move out of the storage unit into our next home. What an INCREDIBLE team! It is no surprise that this moving company receives the rave reviews!

I was looking for movers and I turned to sitejabber. Vanguard Van Lines had the best reviews so I signed up and it was the best decision. They showed up and took care of all my belongings, were professional, kind, friendly and enjoyable to be around. The move could not have gone better. Not once was I stressed or concerned... it was flawless. They got everything packed up and delivered to their storage unit in no time and the price was fantastic! I regret not going with Vanguard sooner. Huge shout out to office for the excellent service and making me and my belongings feel like VIPs!

One word: Outstanding. They packed and moved our 2500 Sqft house in 2 days. Hardest working people I've seen in a long time! They moved everything into storage for us, and we will be definitely using them for our move into our new home. The foreman communicated throughout the whole process and worked extremely fast and hard. The movers we had both days were Ivan, Adrian, and Boris. All the movers again were the hardest working people. Beyond pleased with how well everything was packed. All of my furniture and art pieces were meticulously wrapped with care. I know all my belongings are protected in the storage unit.

We moved from TX to Irvine, CA last summer. Our driver and his crew were great. They helped pack, load and of course unload in CA. Hard work and he was incredibly sick at the time. We are forever thankful and grateful to them. We wish them well. Hardest job and they do it day after day. Amazing.

This is the 6th time we have moved in 5 years of marriage! Needless to say, I have A LOT of experience with moving companies! Office managers were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and let me know the estimate quickly. No hidden costs, no talking me into insurance I didn't need... they were great! The packing crew were professional, very friendly and actually finished ahead of the estimate so they saved me money! The moving crew were, again, professional, friendly and careful with our belongings. The beds and furniture were set up where I wanted them. Probably the most stress-free moving experience we have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was thrilled at the efficiency and care Elias and his team mate brought to my move. I had lived at my former residence for 7 years, so things had accumulated. I packed prior to them coming and they found a creative place to park in my condo complex to begin. They had all my things moved and in my new house, placed where I showed them in 2 days! They were so helpful; when I picked up something to take out, they would say "I'll take that for you..." and off they went. Boxes of books which were heavy to me, they picked up with ease and carried down and up long flights of stairs 2 or 3 at a time! I had a great experience with Vanguard Van Lines and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

This was my first time using Vanguard Van Lines and it was an ideal moving experience for us. We had Boris, Joshua and another 4 moving guys; they had such a great attitude throughout the entire process and their approach to customer service is why I would use this company again.

On the day of the move, the movers contacted us via phone to let us know they were leaving the warehouse which started the time clock. They showed up on time and made sure that they did not block any of our neighbors driveways or the street. The lead provided me with an outline of what they would be doing for us and also provided the details of their start time, etc. This was very clear so there would be no confusion of what we would be charged for and I really appreciate having this information. Once everything was signed, they started moving stuff and packing the truck and they were super fast and efficient, all while being able to have a good rapport with myself, my husband, and each other. They were able to empty out our second floor 1 bed/1bath condo in about 8 hours and move all our things into the new place in less than 2 weeks. They were very careful with moving the furniture in and out of both places, made sure to put each item in the correctly labeled room or ask for direction, and there was no damage to our things or either location. Once everything was completed, they again outline the end time and explained the final costs.

I would definitely use this company again because of the crews great attitude and also because they were detailed oriented with the actual move and letting us know what to expect. If you are looking for movers, definitely give Vanguard Van Lines a call.

My last moving experience was horrible (not with Vanguard) so I was a bit skeptical hiring Vanguard even though they had positive reviews. It quickly became obvious, I had nothing to worry about.

My move was scheduled for a Saturday morning. I received a call confirming my move two days before the move.

On move day, I was greeted by a courteous, professional, and friendly crew. My move crew consisted of lead and crew of 5. All three guys were great! The crew came prepared to take apart bedframes and any other items. They took excellent care of my furniture and other items. Additionally, when they were taking furniture out to the truck, they were very careful not to run into walls. They estimated 2 days on the move and they hit four hours (not including the hour for travel time).

I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF STEALING YOUR MONEY! Total expense ended up being 3x THREE TIMES the original estimate. When I called to get an estimate, I listed every single large item I owned. In addition to that, I told the representative that my items (couch, coffee table, etc, were larger than "normal", but they still SIGNIFICANTLY underestimated cubic feet.) On my part - I was unsure of the total number of boxes as I hadn't yet packed. I estimated 50 boxes - and ended up with closer to 100 boxes. If Adrian is your mover - WATCH OUT! He asks you to sign and pay half of your original ESTIMATE without warning you that your move will be 3x what was estimated. Read all the reviews first. I'm not the only one with the AWFUL experience. In addition - It was like pulling teeth to get anyone in customer service to call me back. Every time someone told me "oh they aren't in but we'll have someone call you back" I didn't receive a call back until I called and left an additional 2-3 messages.
