“Good job for hard worker”

Team P.
7/4/15

Some people want a job that they can give minimal effort and just work for a paycheck. These types of people need not apply at Vector Marketing. In my first 5 jobs in High School and College, I thought it was not fair that I could be more productive than others, but be paid the same. Vector has some good incentives so that the people who work harder, can get higher compensation. This makes me smile. After working for several years with Vector, my advice is for people to make their own decision and not be influenced too heavily by others opinions. Going through job interviews is always beneficial, even if someone is not a good fit the job they are applying for.

“What a joke”

Don't waste your time with this. I applied and was skeptical after receiving an email right back for an interview but thought I'd see what it was about. It's a group-style interview and that is about all I can tell you. Was supposed to start at 5:10 pm, someone popped in about 5:15 and stated we would start in 4 mins. Here it is 30 mins later and the lady hasn't been back and will not answer chat messages. This shows just how prepared this company is if they can't even get it together to conduct an "interview"

I filled out an application online and they called me for an interview within a few hours. I was a little skeptical after doing some research on them, but decided to give it a try.

The interview was really weird: they interviewed people two or three at a time and asked some half-hearted questions in an attempt at an 'interview'. If you pass (I honestly don't think anyone fails) the first interview then you're invited back for a special training session. You have to buy your own knives, which is kinda shady if you ask me.

I didn't go back to the second interview.

They will send you an interview as soon as you apply.
They make you go to more than one to make you feel special. Then you get the job
And oh btw you have to pay approx 300$ to buy some knives that you are responsible to sell. So yeah pretty much a legal scam
