Custom service is utterly incompetent! Only thing they do is repeat canned reponses and ask for the same information over and over again without any result.
Order is visible in their system and was paid for with a credit card but they cannot confirm it exists or that it is paid and keep asking for confirmation of my transaction which doesn't exist since it was a credit card payment.
Not to mention the terrible autotranslated conversation despite the fact I insisted on English speaking support.

Avoid card payments like the plague
