Bought item was never delivered. Tracking number and link are not working. Customer support told me to wait then stopped responding to my emails for a week. Phone support is automated and you cannot get a human operator. Avoid like the plague!
Tip for consumers:
Choose payment on delivery, DO NOT pay in advance
Custom service is utterly incompetent! Only thing they do is repeat canned reponses and ask for the same information over and over again without any result.
Order is visible in their system and was paid for with a credit card but they cannot confirm it exists or that it is paid and keep asking for confirmation of my transaction which doesn't exist since it was a credit card payment.
Not to mention the terrible autotranslated conversation despite the fact I insisted on English speaking support.

Been buying from gearbest for years and never had huge problems with them. All the minor issues got resolved quickly and amicably in my favor. It is the #1 store for chinese products for me and I always check Gearbest first.
