I recently bought a pair of J brand jeans from Voyashop. Not only did they arrive super fast but their customer service was great when I wanted to exchange the jeans for a smaller size. They were extremely helpful and exchanged my jeans in no time! I will definately be shopping here again!

I never had my order yet, its been more than two weeks and it was suppose to take 5 days. I tried many telephone number and all their e-mail adress and never got anwsered!

Ordered 4 bags and opted for the very expensive CAD$55 international shipping and I only received the bags after 2 and half months as they sent it through surface parcel when the terms stated that they will do it through international air express shipping.

To my horror, two of the bags were wrong items which were of a lower value which I have paid. The other two bags came in naked without any plastic covering.

Pathetic company, out to cheat people. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a dress from this website recently. It came in a Canada Post bubble mailer with nothing in it except for the dress - no receipt, maybe a thin tissue paper around the dress. The dress had a blue ballpoint pen mark on it, which was very obvious because of the light colour of the dress. Emails and messages through the site's contact form went unanswered. I would recommend everyone to avoid shopping from this website as you would be completely ignored if any problems were to arise.

I placed an order two weeks ago and never got a shipping notice. I called CS and they told me they would contact their warehouse and get back to me. I never heard back until I received a credit memo from them for less than what I paid and I paid by paypal. Do not shop here.

I've recently become obsessed with Soia & Kyo (Montreal based outerwear designer, shout-out) coats - ranging from their trenches, wools, downs and everything in between. Their previous season's leftovers are on sale and this Quebec based store had a trench at a cheaper price with free shipping to the US so how could I say no? Very fast shipping (same day) WITH tracking number by Canada Post to the US. Packaging is very minimal - no plastic sheet or any other protection; it came in a bubble envelope but it arrived in less than a week! Highly recommended. They also accept PayPal in addition to credit cards. Also like many retailers, final sales ARE final but that's pretty common. They also carry other designers like Fred Perry, Matt & Nat, etc.
