I paid for a paper to be completed in five days. They delivered the paper 24 hours later. This caused my grade to drop. When I asked for half of a refund, they tried to only give me 25% and 20% off next paper. I stated to them that this is my last paper for class so there is no need for a 20% off next order. I need my 50% refunded to my account. They refuse to return money nor emails. They claim 100% guarantee (that's a lie).

When I asked them to ask the "expert" to update the paper with the relevant in-text citations since my submission deadline was only 8 hours away, I was told that it would take the writer 24 hours to do so. The guy I spoke with on the phone was so dismissive and felt that it was okay for me to miss my essay submission deadline due to amateurish errors made by their self-proclaimed experts. In a nutshell, I am sure that there are other writing sites out there. While I cannot vouch for any of these other sites, I can confidently confirm to you that using the services of Writer's pie is a disaster in the making. At the end of the day, it is your paper and your business, and it is your responsibility to make decisions that affect you in the short- and long-term. If you have any doubts as to whether they are as bad as I say they are, go ahead and give them a try. I will be back here in a couple of months to entertain myself with reading your own negative reviews.

This company is a joke. Have to continually resend my information and paper as of today is 5 days late and they want me to pay extra to get it today because they screwed up. Customer service Representatives can barely type in English and are no help at all. Thry are trained what to say I got identical responses from three different agents.

This company had the nerve to provide me with a completely plagerized paper gotten from the internet after I paid 111$ dollars for their services. I was told I was going to get a FULL refund since they did not deliver and then was told that since " I USED" their work I could not get refunded. It is OBVIOUS that since the work was plagerized I did not use it since I would not risk my grade nor my reputation. The costumer support was terrible and they did not want to compensated me properly even though I had proof of when they said I was going to get a FULL REFUND.
