“Worst service ever”

I paid for a paper to be completed in five days. They delivered the paper 24 hours later. This caused my grade to drop. When I asked for half of a refund, they tried to only give me 25% and 20% off next paper. I stated to them that this is my last paper for class so there is no need for a 20% off next order. I need my 50% refunded to my account. They refuse to return money nor emails. They claim 100% guarantee (that's a lie).

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from them.
