I was lucky to have availed an amazing discount at their logo design service. They provide amazing designs and creative ideas at an affordable price as well. Plus the discounts are definitely a bonus that are always more than welcome and appreciated.

Amazing working with zega Logo. They are very patient with us, and created a beautiful and unique design, within a very short time frame. We are extremely happy with the outcome and will work with him again.

These people will scam you. You don't get 3/5 or 7 logos, its a scam, there is no money back guarantee at all. The initial logos that they provided us were terrible and we provided them with our own design. Poor service, poor communication. They have no idea what they are doing. Never have worked with such a terrible company. Stay away.

Please stay away from Zega Logo or read carefully their policy on their contract before you sign up with them.

Our company did not have experience with web and stuff so they kept charging $250 each month( for 8 months) but never help or reply when we need help.

And when I can reach them, they never give a specific answer or instruction, they try to talk fast so you cant catch up with what they said. I requested them to send me tutorial instruction, they throw me a bad one they just quickly recorded.

They charged extra if you want to change any thing on your site even the job not done yet, but they still charged you.

Zega Logo charged us $900 to do the e-commercial web for us but none of the function working properly!

The worst thing is when you want to cancel the service, Zega Logo kept ringing to beg you to stay with them and promise ( again) they will fix the problem. They try to drag it long time so they can still direct deposit from you bank account. After a while they cant convince you, they said " you have to notice 30 days before cancellation">>>, then they send you the cancellation form but you have to fill up and post to a private home address located in Sydney and when you ask them if this is their office they say it is where their Australian sales representative works from home and their main office is located overseas in America, so they are not Australian based.

So much mucking around just to cancel the service, I would never use them again zegalogo.com.au

Very very shifty they just want to sign you up for something and lock you in and then just drag it on and on and wont give you your refund

We signed up with Zega Logo 3 months ago at the time there
Was only one hosting fee payable ($19.95, which we were told included
"everything").

We discovered only last month that we are now paying 3 separate fees, totaling almost $100.00 pm!

We have tried several times to obtain explanations about the fees and
Are told that they will not be charged again, but they continue to be
Charged.

This business (very conveniently) does not send you invoices! There
Is no transparency about what we are being charged for, there was no
Consultation with us about upgrades or additional services.

They have "upgraded" us to a very expensive level of service which we
Do not require or requested and started charging us without any other
Notification or consent from us.

Also, this business does not seem to have a direct phone line - the
Calls I have made so far always go to a "overflow" phone (ALWAYS!) and
It takes around 24 hours (or more) for us to receive a call back.

We are changing to another provider asap! Do not get sucked into
Their cheap price because they will sting you with lots of more payments
Later and than start to threaten you.

Hi, i am very satisfied with the service they have given me, the logo were amazing so i decided to get their website designing and SEO services as well, over all it is an excellent and affordable service

I had paid Zega Logo to design my website and they did not design it the way I wanted.

They didn't consider my design opinions and didn't follow what I asked them to do.

They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.

When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it to me and even try to copyright my logo, it's an expensive, long and unrewarding process.

I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from Zega Logo as they ignore your emails and there phone number they never pick up and block your calls, when I asked them for their location they mentioned that they are an American based company
And have an Australian representative that works from home and gave me his home address, does not look very professional to me.

So, after such an amazing first experiance I decided to try services again. The second time I had a bigger order of 14 logo that I needed on an urgent deadline. The best part of this platform this they perfectly. Staff at Zega Logo treated me nicely and even though the deadline was almost impossible to meet, they made sure I get my order on time. And, not only on time had they also made sure all the logo were amazingly designed exactly according to my requirements. Every detail was exactly like I wanted. As far as the prices go, they did as much as discount as possible and gave me a decent deal. I will place another order on this site next month as this is by far the best logo designing platform ever...

I was looking for an authentic logo designing platform when I ran into Zegalogo. I must say I am very impressed with the kind of services that these guys offer. Hats off!
