Lots of add-ons that seem like they should be included as part of the basic package. The writer didn't follow the rubric even after a revision and explicit direction. I requested a refund, provided evidence, and even so I was only offered half of my money back. It has been nothing but a headache.
They will not do anything to support the customer and will do everything humanly possible to hold on to your money. Even when they don’t deliver the product you were promised. It took longer than necessary to receive correspondence.
