I have ordered through Beadaholique many times over the last few years and was mostly pleased. The chains I received were not what I had expected (their photos of chains, I discovered, are not good enough to make a good choice), so, I contacted them and they told me to ship them back for a refund. I did get the refund.
When I first ordered freshwater pearls from them, I was very pleased with them when they arrived. Lately, though, their pearls are not as high quality as they were.
NOW, here is why I am so angry. I ordered some gold and silver wire. I liked how they looked in their photos. When I received them, I was so very disappointed as the gold and silver were just awful, very dull and looked more like plastic or resin. I phoned them and they said to ship them back for a refund. So, I did. Then I forgot about it until about a month later, I checked my bank account for a refund from them, and, there was not. So, I emailed them and ask them why I haven't received a refund for the items I ordered from them and then returned to them.
They said that they have NO record of any items returned from me, AND, that it was too late to get a refund anyway. HUH...?
So, I went onto their website and checked my account to find my order, as they had always kept a record of my orders on their website. Well, in this case, there was no order of mine for the gold and silver wire! At all! AND, all of my other records were... GONE!
I am VERY angry about this. They used any method they could think of to not refund me (this was very expensive chain) AND they removed all of my orders from my account.
I am reporting them to the BBB, to the Attorney General's Office in their state. I probably won't get any refund, but, they have to be stopped. I read many other customers' very negative reviews who are very upset at how they have been treated.
