I had to cancel a cruise from a better cruise line that have the biggest ships in the Business. They were kind enough to refund me my $1,900 because of work scheduling issues.
I booked a cruise with Carnival and I had to cancel a cruise because of work again, Carnival refused to refund my $300 deposit.
Make your own judgment. All I know is they have lost my business forever.
Tip for consumers: Will never use Carnival again. This was going to be our third cruise with them. I will be happy when they go out of business.
