My sister ordered a wireless controller and when she got it the controller was not working. She e-mailed several times and finally got a response a week later with instruction to return the item. She had to pay the shipping and then it took almost 3 weeks to get a replacement. She e-mailed several times to get updates on what was taking so long and she never got a reply. The customer service really sucked. She made sure I shopped elsewhere when I was looking to buy.
