Awful company. Even worse customer service. Ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift over a month ago that was never received. Was told it was delivered and to take it up with the postal service. "Customer service" agent also refused to run through another order for me with express shipping (that I was willing to pay for). There was no supervisor available to speak with either. Just someone with a very thick accent that was hard to understand. I will continue to blast this company on every outlet possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

In regards to the delivery I think you misunderstood... Our records indicate that you placed an international order with standard shipping about 2 weeks ago. Your order was shipped as requested and the tracking information indicates that the package is in your country and is passing through customs. We expect it to be delivered to you very shortly.
