I'm very upset and frustrated with this website, customer service and purchase. I bought a pair of Jordans $200.00 back on November 25th to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. Their website says it takes 4-7 days for you to receive the shipping tracking number. After 10 days with no tracking number I contacted their customer service. They said they had not processed my order yet and they would look into my order and email me back with an update. 14 days went by, I had no update. I contacted them again, they said the tennis shoes would not be arriving in time for Christmas because of the severe pandemic. As I mentioned before, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Christmas went by, I contacted them again, their reply was "we don't have an update and can't give you a time to when we will be able to ship the product". I don't give not even a 1 star to this company. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back.
