I was randomly charged $20 for supposedly "damaged" items that I returned damage free TWO months ago! I also canceled my subscription and they still crept their hands into my banking account. NOT okay. When I returned my items TWO months ago, they were NOT damaged then!

Please note that our warehouse will expect these sets in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to prevent penalty charges.
For this reason, all returned items go through a thorough sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse. If your return did not pass the standard quality control, the set will be tag as "Dirty" or "Damaged". But it doesn't mean that the sets are damage.
Please understand that as a lingerie company, we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our services & products.
