The hair smells worse than beauty supply hair. Comes with a lot of gold and red strands! And is it raw hair. I have a frontal from Yummy Exstentions and 7strands they're both raw vendors and i compared them. I would say kendra's hair is the same as beauty supply hair. Or it's processed virgin hair. The lace front was supposed to be 20 inches. Most of it was 10 inches long. I got a refund but they kept the shipping fee and i have to PAY to return the item. They do not send return labels. They're clearly broke as hell.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that they will not give you your $35 shipping fee back. they also do not sale raw hair and you must pay for your return

This staff is completely unprofessional! Over priced wouldn't recommend!ordered hair a week ago...
I've been using Kendra's hair since 2012 every year the quality of the hair has become worse....
