The cancellation process is confusing and opaque. I was assured that I had canceled two months prior however, I kept getting charged. When I asked for a refund for those two months, I was told refunds are not offered. Basically, BlueMountain stole money from me. I've been told again that my account has been canceled. I doubt BlueMountain will honor it. I will have to stop payment with my credit card. I will leave a Google review advising people to stay away from this company.
