Ordered an AVAITION ALUMINUM case for my new ZFold 5 the day I purchased the phone. I hate an affinity with aluminum products. I have carious items from TV stand to laptop and tablet stands all aluminum including phone cases for my previous Samsung devices so when I found this one I was ecstatic. After I placed my order for the $100 phone case I received a confirmation stating my item was awaiting drop of at the shippers site in Jamaica Queens. After 1 week I checked and it stated the same long story short I reached out to customer service only to receive an email with the same tracking info as day 1. After 3 emails I started asking for a refund. Now 5 emails in and A MONTH later I received the package and opened it to find a $10 plastic case with a cracked screen and a hinge made of plastic that is supposed to hold both sides together and allow the phone to open up, does not stay on cause it is a millimeter to tall. Now I an getting no response from customer service after stating in a nice way that this was not what I ordered. The part that lets me most is you can't grab someone by their $#*!in throat and make them accountable.
