Ordered Dec 14th afternoon, arrived Dec 29th (15d) with fastest shipping option available to me, my particular, "hard" case is a glossy, hard plastic feel, doesn't bend much at all (feels prone to breaking with ease, so not recommended trying to take case off even once), about a millimeter thick, perfect measurements [S10+], depending on the phone (in this case, heh, S10+) it may not fully encase the bottom and top of the device, leaving the charging and headphone ports fully exposed as opposed to the standard full-wrap with openings [picture linked below].

Concerningly difficult to find a refund option, frankly I'm not sure if there is an option outside of contacting customer service, there was absolutely no change in any description on the website in regards to my order making me assume they never processed it until the 10th day of waiting (Dec 24th) when I got an email saying it was on it's way from (China) to my home address.

On it's own that may seem to be my personal stupidity at play, but the website from the moment I placed the order said "Processing" in the little sub-section linked below, all the way until the confirmation email saying it was shipped, thus making me assume it was still accepting the details, even though I was charged, until the last moment, because it didn't seemingly progress furthur (nor attempt to indicate as such via email or otherwise) from step one

The price is also outrageously high for what it is, a cheap, plastic cover for 90% of the phone, for 40$ (excluding any discounts, or choosing the free, month-long shipping)

Personally speaking, based on my own intentions when customizing and purchasing the case, I'm satisfied, but there are many factors that should be considered before bothering to go through this website.
