Customer service can improve upon comm's, it wasn't clear that I was ordering stock from o'seas, I thought it was produced onshore. It took four or more emails before I got a straight answer.
Customer service was excellent aside from this and I'm very pleased about the product quality and value for money. Will definitely use this company again.
I asked a fairly basic question but needed to repeatedly ask it in four or five different ways before it was answered clearly. I found this very annoying and was close to cancelling the order.
In future I recommend making it clear that items are not produced onshore in Australia but o’seas. Transparency is important when gaining a customer’s trust. Customer service should not evade the question.
