I don't know how they have such high reviews. They denied a laptop claim for the battery, no explanation. Also they are denying a claim for a PS5 controller because they don't have a clear picture of the serial number. I can't get a clear picture. It's tiny, silver and in between the handles. I have called twice, filled out their forms 4 times, sent in the requested pictures twice and given them all of the numbers they requested 4 times but they still can't process it? This is a scam. Clearly they will deny claims and keep requesting information no matter how many times you provide the information so they can blame you for not following their policies and they can justify not processing the claim. I worked in insurance for 12 years. This is a very obvious tactic.
