I ordered their new lip liner and when it arrived it wasn't what I ordered, they had an issue with the site and had the color swatches named wrong they emailed and I emailed back to say I received the wrong color nut they had already sent me another lipliner well it was processing the same wrong color fyi I tried to stop them I had photos of my order the showed the obvious mistake they shipped the same wrong color again, ignored my emails for two weeks. They had it the colors wrong on their website knew they. Made a mistake and couldn't care less, clearly business isn't going so well for them but its clear why.
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't order from them at the very least if a company makes a mistake they should fix it ,if you don't have the safety of knowing thats the case its not worth shopping with them.
