I did a preorder back in late July for a dress that should have been delivered to me in late August since I needed it at the beginning of this month. I got an email from them stating that the sizing was a little off and that they would need a little extra time. I agreed when I should have just told them to send it regardless. I've been waiting over a month for this dress and my other items and they have sent no emails in response to my questions and concerns. I just sent an email asking for a refund, I'm hoping that this will work out.
