I ordered a shirt online, but received an email the next day saying out of stock. It is supremely disappointing to expend much energy looking for just the right shirt and order it, when in fact the website is lying and the item is not in stock. I don't feel like a satisfied customer.

I sent an item (a bright orange Mora bushcraft knife) to MyUs who refused to ship the item and said that they refuse to ship tactical weapons as per their policy. Their policy doesnt mention knives at all, and the items classed as tactical weopons are serious military type weapons and items. I had to get the knife destroyed. Really unhappy how they can have inadequate policies and I end up paying for that.
