Ordered a serialized lower on 3 March, tracking process in their facility is severally flawed. Customer service folks don't know status, FFL manager lost track of lower that I ordered that needed a part to complete kit. After 5 calls and getting the run around and excuses. Lower was found, put together and I received a tracking # on 26 April, waited a week no updates, called and the said USPC picked it up, and should call Route, called Route and USPS, that didn't have it nor had a status, called back to Davidson Defense and they discovered that it never left their facility sat there from 26 April to 3 May. Was offered 5% off next order...don't think I'll be ordering again, good news lower is in transit FINALLY.
