Wouldn't even offer a store credit for a dress that does not fit. Rude customer service. I wish I read theater reviews before I dropped $700 on the poorly designed and flimsy dress for a wedding. Don't spend your money with this brand - they have zero respect for their customers.

I reached out to the brand to explain extenuating circumstances on why I couldn’t meet their ridiculous 14 day return policy and they could not have been more rude or unhelpful. Don’t shop here.
