We lived in Italy for over a year and needed to receive items from the US that were too expensive in italy due to the high exchange rates. Mostly electronic gadgets for friends and family. I tried a cheaper service and got burned by a lot of hidden fees and lack of service. After making a few mistakes we found usabox, I like them because they offer all the services of the largest company but small enough to be able to handle your request in a timely manner.

The most valuable lesson we learned about forwarding companies advertising cheaper rates aren't better and most of the time end up costing much more than the larger services. Shipito was a disaster, they were slow to reply and would not repackage tiny items that had arrived from Amazon in huuuuuge boxes! Was cheaper to abandon the items that ship to us.

USABox will hold all your packages until they all arrive, then you can tell them to package them all together (free) and even tell them which carrier to use if you have a preference.

I didn't give them 5 stars only because they don't have online chat, otherwise, wouldn't use anyone else!
